Collin and I will officially become first time homeowners on April 28th. We could not be more excited!! We have been casually looking for a few weeks and are thrilled to have found a house we love. We had actually put an offer on a different house but someone else beat us to it so it didn't work out. That was on a Friday and then the next Wednesday I went out with our agent to check out some others and just fell in love with this house. It is in a super cute neighborhood and I love how it looks!! We are now under contract on it and like I said before, we close on April 28th and then will move in some time in mid-May. I can't wait to be able to start working on Maddox's nursery. Today we had our inspection and everything checked out great. Our agent said it's pretty much a waiting game from now until our closing date. But we are super excited. We took some pictures today of the house that I have posted below. It still has the previous owners furniture in it at this point but you get the picture. :D. I will of course post more pictures as we move in and get settled ourselves!!
