30 Weeks

Last week we officially passed the 30 weeks mark.  At my appointment on Thursday I measured right at 30 weeks and everything looked great with baby!  I decided it was time to ask my doctor how she felt about elective inductions.  This was the way we went with the first 2 and it just worked for us.  Having our family live so far away it's nice to be able to plan a little so that they can come out for the birth. Obviously, if the baby decides to come early on his/her own there is nothing we can do about that.  But at least everyone can plan to come out and know for sure that they baby will be here by a certain date.  Since the dr that delivered both Maddox and Addison retired after Addy was born we had to switch to a new dr and I wasn't sure on her thoughts on the topic.  Thankfully she was awesome with it.  When I asked, she said "pick your date!"  YAY!  So we officially have an induction date of 4/24/14!!  That is just a little over 8 weeks away!  So crazy!!  the picture above is a comparison pic of my 3 pregnancies.  The big pic on the left is the current pregnancy, the top right pic is with Maddox and the bottom pic is with Addy.  I still don't really have any idea if we are having a boy or a girl but it's fun to speculate!  What do you think based on the pics...boy or girl??  Can't wait to find out in just about 2 months!!

We Moved...again

So apparently we are gluttons for punishment because 2 week ago we moved again for the 4th time in 5 years.  With baby #3 on the way we knew we would be needing more space than our apartment provided.  We found a fantastic house with an AMAZING back yard that is only 4 minutes from the church building!  WINNING!  I am one of those people who can't live in a big mess so with a lot of help we got all of our stuff moved from the apartment to the house in about 4 hours and then by about 3 days later i had everything unpacked and in its new home.  We are really enjoying the new house and the kids can't wait for the weather to warm up so they can take advantage of the fabulous back yard!!  I think it is going to be a great house for us and we are already enjoying being so close to the church building since we all make so many trips there each week!!  I still need to get curtains but here are a few pics of the new place...

our huge entry way

at the top of the stairs

kitchen

dining room

living room

kids bathroom

master bedroom (we have an attached bathroom but its teeny tiny and not worthy of a picture :D.  It serves its purpose though)

Miss Addison's room.  If you look closely you can see her napping away in her Minnie Mouse bed :D

Maddox's room.

Down the stairs from the entry is the basement.  We have a TV area and a huge play area which the kids love!

The guest room/baby room

the other end of the guest room doubling as the nursery

The awesome covered deck
And the back yard

We can't wait to set up soccer goals in this awesome back yard!

So that's the house!  We can't wait to have people over again now that we have the space!  And can I just say how thankful I have been to have a garage this past week with all the snow and sub zero temps we have been having!!  Such a blessing!!

Mr. JT

Last week Collin and I got last minute tickets to see Justin Timberlake in concert!!  He did not disappoint!  It was a fabulous concert and he sang and danced for almost 3 hours straight!  It was an incredible show and I would highly recommend if you have the chance to see him live to do it!  It was a fun (yet cold and snowy) night!  So glad we were able to go!!

Colorado History Museum

A couple of weeks ago my friend, Deanna, and I took the kids to the Colorado History Museum in Downtown Denver.  It was our first time and the kids really enjoyed it!  It had a really cute section that was like and old timey town.  That was the kids favorite part.
